At Crozelonjriz, we are dedicated to providing exceptional wardrobe consultation services. Your satisfaction is paramount to our mission of delivering refined style solutions.
As a provider of professional consultation services, our offerings are delivered in real-time during scheduled appointments. Once a consultation session has been completed, the service has been rendered in full.
Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments with at least 48 hours advance notice without penalty. The full deposit or payment will be refunded or applied to a future booking.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee to compensate for reserved time.
Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice will result in forfeiture of the full payment or deposit.
We strive for complete client satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of your consultation, please inform us immediately during or within 24 hours of your session.
We will work diligently to address your concerns, which may include complimentary follow-up consultation time or adjustments to your style recommendations.
Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
Deposits may be transferred to future appointments within 6 months of the original booking date.
Multi-session packages may be refunded on a pro-rata basis for unused sessions, subject to the cancellation terms above.
We understand that emergencies occur. In cases of medical emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss alternative arrangements.
In the event of severe weather or natural disasters affecting Auckland, we will work with you to reschedule without penalty.
Personalized style guides and digital materials provided as part of your service are non-refundable once delivered, as they are custom-created for your specific needs.
All materials remain the intellectual property of Crozelonjriz and are licensed for your personal use only.
We reserve the right to update this Return Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting with an updated date.
Clients with existing bookings will be notified of any significant policy changes that may affect their scheduled services.
